Pizza Pizza

Homemade Pizza

So, I may be just a little obsessed with the new Publix Pizza Dough

Instead of coming in the little round dough ball

It's in a pastry box and ready to unfold and lay on the pizza pan

Since Saturday, I've made 3 different ones

It started out with sampling one they were serving while grocery shopping

oh my!

Pizza #1

Lay out the pizza dough on the pan

Spread Garlic Butter

Next add Mozzarella Cheese

I baked on 400 for about 15 minutes

When you take it out add fresh basil, diced up tomatoes 

Drizzle Balsamic Glaze

Pizza #2 

Again, lay out the pizza dough on the pan

Spread Garlic Butter

I cut up 3 Buffalo Chicken Tenders and placed around

Next added mozzarella cheese and banana peppers

Again baked on 400 for about 15 minutes.

You know the drill by now - 

Lay out the pizza dough on pan

Spread the Garlic Butter

This one was all fresh veggies 

Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheese 

Still baking at 400 for 15 minutes 

Added fresh basil when I took out of oven

Since it's Wednesday, I added a glass of wine
