Faith, Family, Fidelity

Last night was the Baccalaureate Mass at Jesuit High School
Performed by Bishop Lynch
The same Bishop that welcomed Robert and his classmates 4 years ago
As freshmen, same chapel, same seats and same sweet message
The same place where their day began every school day for the past 4 years
He stressed the importance of Faith, Family and Fidelity
He commended them on becoming "men for others"
As I sat there listening, not believing how fast his high school years went
I felt a sense of peace from the words of the Bishop
That of course was after the tears of seeing the first graduate walk in with Cap and Gown on
I feel so blessed that we could send Robert to this school

“Jesuit High School, in its mission as a Catholic, Jesuit, college preparatory school, labors to form men engaged in the world who are dedicated to serving God by being open to growth, intellectually competent, religious, loving, and just.”

  2. What a lovely evening. I know I would have been crying, too, but what a wonderful introduction to life that you have given to your son. I know you are so proud- and you should be.:) Lori
