So, I have been doing a little research on Yoga
Recently inspired by a sweet friend,
I have really been enjoying it.
I have started by doing you-tube videos
There are hundreds to choose from
I am doing the "Yoga for Beginners"
"Yoga for Weight Loss"
Also researching, I found the following statement:
"Yoga is a phenomenal way to put you in touch with your body the way nothing else can, and yes, it can help you lose weight," says instructor Dana Edison, director of Radius Yoga in North Redding, Mass., and a certified personal trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine."
I don't think Yoga alone is enough
but if you end your exercise session with Yoga,
I think it will help tremendously and you will feel great.

Just make sure your husband and kids are not around,
a noisy house will not make a good setting for getting your
mind and body in tune.
