Skinny Stuffed Pumpkin French Toast 


This was truly yummy!

2 slices of Pumpkin Spice Pepperidge Farm Bread
1 Egg white
1 tsp. fat free cream cheese
1 tsp. pumpkin (I used can pumpkin)
sprinkle of cinnamon sugar
splash of fat free milk

I mixed the cream cheese and pumpkin together
put it between the two slices of bread
whisked the egg white, milk and cinnamon sugar
soaked the bread with the cream cheese mixture in it -
  in the egg white
cooked in a frying pan until both sides were toasty

180 calories per serving and it is very filling.
