just a little

 Made this cute little garland last year

took a string of clear lights

cut strips of assorted green fabric

tied to the entire string of lights

love how it lights up the dining room at night

 Found these fun little shamrock lights at Walgreens

Added a little green in the dining room

Started my 40 bags in 40 days again

I think I've already packed 20 bags

no kidding

going through the holiday decor

all holiday's

I can believe how much I have accumulated 

it's crazy

My goal for 2013 was to simplify

and I'm doing just that

my goal is to live clutter free

I think we are 80% there

Picked up this book last week at Barnes and Noble

Salt, Lemons, Vinegar and Baking Soda

in the bargain bin

These just happen to be my favorite cleaning supplies

This little book is amazing.

I'm getting ready for my Emmaus Retreat next weekend

I'm a helper this time

A "Martha"

And I.cannot.wait.

It was truly one of the most amazing weekends of my life

I cannot wait for a new group of ladies to experience it

and I cannot wait to wait on them hand and foot

they are truly going to love it

The Season of Lent

The Season of Lent is Here

I have a list of things in my head to give up

A list of things "to do"

A list of new habits to form

Last year I jumped on the bandwagon of 

"40 bags in 40 days"

And I loved it

I'm definitely doing it again

Going through the house, cars and garage,
room by room
car by car
and donating excess to the needy

I also saw on a blog and I can't even remember which one
fill a zip lock baggie full of trial size products
and give to the homeless on the streets
soap, tooth brush, tooth paste, deodorant, etc.
I'm going to make lots of bags and distribute as I see people that need them

February is a happy month

Valentine Day, Start of Lent and the Florida State Fair

(Cheesy but I still love the fair)

I think I will once again do the 40 bags in 40 days
