So, this time I'm determined

Set a goal

"Shed 20"

Started a new eating and workout routine

Body by Vi

The shakes are not bad
especially when you add fruit
There are so many things you can do with the powder
breakfast, lunch or dinner
I'm just sticking to the shakes for the first week or so
Two shakes a day, veggies and fruit for snack and one healthy meal

 I've started riding my exercise bike for 1 hour per day
planks, sit ups, crunches and leg lifts

 Drinking 8 glasses of water per day

I should have started this before summer,
not before winter,
buy hey - I guess anytime is a good time to start
I'm going to take it one day at a time
I have a BIG birthday coming up next May and
this mama wants to be healthy and in shape.

  1. You go girl! You have inspired me to get my tushie off the couch. :) I am cutting out the snacks (the bad ones) and cutting my portions back. For me it's hard in the winter to get out and walk, even now that it's getting dark sooner. But, I hope I can keep it going; we will have to keep each other motivated. :)
