Hi Sweet Blogger Friends
Hope everyone had a blessed first day of Advent
In the hussle and bussle of the season,
Let's all remember the
REASON FOR THE SEASON
This weekend I had my annual girls night
Christmas Dinner
Year 16 with these sweet women
Always a great time
Today I made 4 loaves of Emmaus Bread
Another gathering this week
with my Nativity Church women
this was my first time making this bread
a little stressful I must say
Hopefully it will taste good
The two loaves on the right were first
The two on the left next, they look much better
Considering it had to rise, braid, rise again
it took me 4 hours to make it
so I didn't have time to make more
fingers crossed that it taste like it's suppose to :)
Merry Christmas Season
xo
You do such a good job of keeping up with friends. I love how you all make an effort to keep in touch and meet up regularly. What a great way to live out Galatians 6:2. Can you post or email the bread recipe. I will have time after Dec 10th to try it out!
ReplyDeleteIt looks like such a fun evening, Sheri. You always have the best time with your girlfriends! The bread looks amazing and I'm more than impressed. I've never even attempted homemade bread before. I'm sure it will be delicious! Lori
ReplyDeleteMerry, merry Christmas to you, too. And thank you SO much for the sweet comment on the blog!
ReplyDeleteHave a blessed and wonderful day!
