Weight Watchers Beef Tacos
Taco Tuesday Continues
While I made traditional tacos this week for my family,
I made a weight watchers version for myself
large lettuce leaves
lean ground beef with taco seasoning
(scrambled in pan)
chopped up:
tomatoes
peppers
jalapeno peppers
added about 2 table spoons of white rice (cooked)
the large lettuce leaves served as my taco shell
added some salsa on top
delish!!!!!
