Goodbye 6 lbs.

I'm happy to report in that I've been on my
healthy eating and exercising routine for 
a week and a half
and I'm down 6 pounds
I know most is just water weight
but I'm pretty happy with my progress

I've been making a Body by Vi shake every morning
Lunch is either egg whites with veggies,
salad, or baked chicken.
Dinner has consisted pretty much the same
I did make some really good Body by Vi waffles 
in my Belgium waffle maker
found a recipe online and changed it to my liking
the waffle had 249 calories including the sugar free syrup
and it was yummy.  I posted the recipe a few days ago.

I have been riding my exercise bike for 1 hour every day
and I have been working out on the mat
crunches, jumping jacks, leg lift, burpies, hoola hoop
and even turned on the 80's channel and danced 
like a rock star a few times.

I've also started each morning with a glass of water with lemon and orange slices
In addition I have tried to drink 6 to 8 waters daily



I think I'm on the right track to healthy.

  3. You are always so good at eating right and especially excercise. I remember when we were young and we would be just chatting.......if we were on the floor you would always be doing some sort of toning. Leg lifts etc. I iknow you can do anything you put your mind to. But I think you are perfect just the way you are. Love you Sher Bear! ox
